My life’s work has been devoted to helping older adults and their families move through major life transitions with more calm, clarity, and confidence. But this didn’t start as a business plan, it started as a calling. From a young age, I felt a natural connection with older adults. My grandparents were some of my favorite people in the world. I was drawn to their stories, their wisdom, their pace, their presence. While others my age were rushing ahead, I found myself sitting beside — listening, learning, caring. That early affinity became a career path in 2005 when I began working in senior living. I quickly realized I had found where I belonged. Supporting older adults and families during vulnerable, emotional, and complex transitions felt deeply meaningful, and it still does today.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve had the honor of supporting thousands of older adults and their families through some of life’s most significant changes — downsizing, relocation, caregiving transitions, home sales, senior living moves, and moments that require both practical strategy and human compassion.

The Heart Behind My Work

 I’m not just a professional in this space. I’m a wife, a mother of four, an animal lover, and a deeply human guide who understands that transitions are never just logistical, they’re emotional. Families often come to me overwhelmed, unsure where to begin, or afraid of making the wrong decision. My role is to slow the moment down, bring clarity to the options, and help people take the next right step: not all the steps at once. I believe transitions can be handled with dignity, education, and advocacy - not pressure, confusion, or fear.

My professional background includes two decades in aging services, senior living, and transition support, along with advanced credentials across senior advising, dementia care, care management, and senior real estate specialization. I continue to stay at the forefront of best practices so families receive informed, ethical, and personalized guidance. In addition to serving families directly, I also train and mentor real estate agents across the country — teaching them how to support older adults and late-life transitions with greater skill, sensitivity, and professionalism.
