Company history
Founded in 2017 by Erin DiCarlo, Dovetail Companies was inspired by cherished memories with her grandparents, Nanny and Da, whose values instilled a passion for simplifying senior living transitions. Joined by Lauren Watts in 2019 as Co-Owner and Vice President, they embarked on a mission to support older adults through a journey affectionately guided by their moniker, "The Senior Soul Sisters." Drawing inspiration from the biblical story of Noah's doveāa symbol of hope and guidanceāDovetail Companies provides comprehensive services across senior living arrangements, move management, real estate, and estate management, aiming to foster independence and enhance quality of life for seniors. At its core, Dovetail is committed to reshaping how aging is viewed in America, promoting growth and positivity in later life through their expert-led, heart-centered approach.
